Returns / Exchanges

All sales are final.

Some items may also be available in-store on consignment. In rare cases, inventory overlap may occur. If the item sells in-store before your online order is processed, the order may be canceled and fully refunded.

Due to the one-of-one nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, fit, or change of mind. Please review all product details and sizing information before purchasing.

Each BRK AWY! Hoodie is handmade using repurposed materials. Minor signs of wear, variation, or imperfections are normal and part of the design and are not considered defects.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at cntratkkits@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate and make it right.

Items must be unworn and in original condition to be eligible.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a return label and offer a refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
