All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

CNTR ATK! is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
